These terms apply to all bookings made with Ushitha Tirupati Tours and Travels. Please read them before confirming your trip.
Bookings & confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed over phone or WhatsApp. A booking is treated as final once the pickup date, time, vehicle and route are agreed.
- An advance may be requested to block the vehicle for your travel dates.
Fares
- Quoted fares are for the vehicle, route and duration agreed at the time of booking. Extra kilometres, extra days, waiting time or route changes will be charged as per the applicable rates.
- Unless stated otherwise, darshan / special entry tickets, pooja charges, hotel accommodation and meals are not included.
Tolls, parking & permits
- For outstation and inter-state trips, tolls, parking and state permits are included only where our package explicitly says so; otherwise they are payable by the traveller.
Cancellations
- Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Advance refunds depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and any costs already incurred on your behalf.
Responsibilities
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, temple arrangements, road conditions or other events beyond our control.
- Travellers are responsible for their own belongings and for following temple and local rules.
